With the help of various data recorders, such as CCTV cameras, sensors X-Ray images and measurement devices installed at all critical stages of production, GMP Dairy is able to collect all the information and data are store in a safe location that is resistant to fire and earthquake. Information about every can of infant formula can be retrieved in minute using this patent technology to validated any consumer complaints or otherwise. The Black Box system also records humidity and temperature information for key production channels.
